Level 90!? I did the entire cave of confusion around level 58 in draconian mode, just used padfoot to reduce encounters in the super long dungeon to conserve mp. The boss afterwards was tough but strategic around level 61-62. Grinding never hurts of course, but those levels seem a bit much unless you really want to wreck everything in your path
You do not need to be in the level 90 range to do any of this. I EASILY cleared the post game content with my highest character being 81, rest of the party 73-79. I recommend: Duplic hat and MP reducing robe on Connack, and just use Kazap every fight. That should clear every enemy quickly. Grind to about 65 in Citadel Tower like this, then head to the cave of confusion and you'll level as you work your way down. When I cleared it in one go, I hit level 80 with Middenhall.
