The Soul Sigil is dropped by Mariella once you defeat her in Den of Iniquity, found in the Ocean Floor.

A green stone engraved with intricate patterns. Enables the use special spells and abilities in battle.

The Soul Sigil, once acquired, increases your party's maximum HP and enables the use of Souped-Up Skills, which are a leveled up version of each spell and ability. Note that you do not need to equip sigils to activate their effects as only having them in your inventory is sufficient enough.

The Soul Sigil, along with the Moon, Sun, Water, and Star Sigils, are used to get the Eye of Rubiss. Once you have all five Sigils, you can go to the Rubiss Shrine to get the eye of Rubiss.
