Completing the Taking Care of Business quest unlocks the Dark Merchant in the Marketplace. Other than that, feel free to train your character and allies.

The Dark Merchant is a travelling merchant similar to the Eastern and Southern Merchant. Rare items that are high in ranking are available for purchase. These include teas, gifts, and ingredients for cooking.
In a conversation with your team, your chosen dialogue will either raise the support level of Lysithea or Ignatz.

Your allies are now off to talk to their respective Houses to team up with the Alliance.
There is an additional dialogue choice to boost either Leonie's or Ignatz's support level.
