Weak to: None Resistant to: Burn, Ooze, Splash, Frostbite, Shock, Gust Attack: Fright Falsetto ┗ A single, medium-range projectile with a flat trajectory. Targets can't use Techniques, Spark powers or Costume powers, and are prohibited from using their weapon attacks. Active skills remaine unaffected. Technique: Fright Sight ┗ Any target moving within the Phantom's range and line of sight is successfully attacked. Ability: Barrier Bourree ┗ Protects from all forms of damage. |
