Chocobo Sam's Dialogue in Chapter 9

During Chapter 9, Chocobo Sam will ask Cloud to describe the girl they were looking for, Tifa. The player will have to choose between three descriptions to tell Sam which will also affect the future events in the story.

Your choice of description will affect the route of Chapter 9 Odd Jobs that will be available for you and will also give you a chance to raise Tifa's affection toward Cloud, which contributes to what resolution you will get in Chapter 14.
