How to Obtain Arcane Scepter
・Reward for completing Odd Job 15 (Sam or Madam M Route)
・Purchase from the Sector 5 Slums weapon shop.

The Arcane Scepter is obtained as a reward for Odd Job 15 (A Dynamite Body and Shear's Counterattack). Either of these side quests can be completed to obtain this weapon for free.

Excellent for pairing Elemental Materia

While its magic attack stat can grow a decent amount, this weapon has several useful skills that asist Aerith. With this weapon, Aerith excels in exploiting enemy weaknesses, so prioritize upgrading all of the elemental damage boost skills, followed by attack spell MP cost reduction. Materia slots and extra MP will always help Aerith, so upgrade these next. Lastly, depending your preferences, prioritize either the remaining attack bonuses or defensive bonuses (or a balance of the two).
