Maybe its just the taste of people. Both are good IMO but I understand that the old jrpg musics has a certain appeal that recent rpgs just can do.
Bravely default isn't old. Give it a try.
You can never go weing with persona soundtracks. Mass destruction is just good for any mood you have.
Beneath the mask is good for relaxing even listen to that for hours on loop.

Like wth. Memories of you is enough to give flashbacks of the masterpiece that is 3 fes.
How can you mention mass destruction and forget wiping all out? Really liked wiping all out more but thats just me.

When the topic about persona is getting hyped and I saw memories of you, I knew, I'm in the right place.
Persona 5's stars and us is pretty nice.
As long as chrono cross is in a game soundtrack discussion, I am satisfied.
Baten kaitos soundtracks are nice too.
When the moons reaching out stars in p3 is a personal favorite.
