that´s NOT correct, you don´t get another Refocus from Chadley!!! i have done already all 20 Reports and only have 1 Refocus Materia!!!! I´m playing now the hard mode to get access to the shinra-combats to get another copys!
Chadley gives you one at the finish of all 20 reports. The rest are in combat simulator at shinra only for hard mode rewards. Very time consuming for those. Linking them with haste per char is most effective. Thanks for being a great site.
