So you need to complete the game once to complete hard mode right?
yes you can REPLAY any Chapter on any setting but only some items you can get on HARD playthrough... like extra Weapon Cores to open for you weapons ..
yes im playing it and have finished it, now im doing Chapter 6 on HARD MODE
Can you change from hard to other difficulties in ng+?

Wow hard mode exclusive contents, that's nice. I will surely go for another playthrough for those!
there is HARD MODE after you complete the game, and you can also Chapter Select after you finish game too... with all your items and levels intact cos some things can only be found in HARD mode its worth a replay :D
hey that's a good idea and it makes sense.. it's more like an extra for beating the game with much higher difficulty
Changing difficulty is definitely something but from what I experienced, playing on normal mode (or a harder one if square can add it) is the best way to enjoy the game. What's a game without a challenge?
and there should be an item that is only obtainable when you finish the game on the highest difficulty
yeah something like a proud mode like in kingdom hearts would be great. that shouldn't be too hard to make, right square?
Good thing they have this option here. Not everyone can fight at the most difficult mode while others like it challenging so bless the devs for this.
I wonder if there's going to be a hard difficulty in the full release? I've always played games like these on the hardest difficulty, but normal seems too easy.
I'm not an elite gamer. I wanna just experience this story for the first time without worrying with fighting. RPGs aren't really my thing, but i heard this had a good story.

Then that ain't hard anymore is it? Playing on a hard difficulty with gears is different from playing without it.
There's a mode foe that called advent children. It got way released earlier than the remake so you should try that.
