This is why a lot of people are interested about the announcement of post-game content for part 1. What super bosses will they add? How did those bosses come to exist? Where were they in the original?
I hope they include additional superbosses
These are building more hype for the release! I really hope they will add part 2 contents in the remake
You know what they hate more than KOTR? KOTR with W-Summon.
Emerald counters with a stomp. Already forgot about ruby since I'm like 12 when I beat that shit and I'm 22 now.
There are several games but they're so bad I already forgot about them.
Its not about the story. Its about end game challenges and yes devs are free to do what they want with their game but I'm also free to feel what I feel with games I play. "don't like it don't buy it?" yes if I don't like the game I don't buy it and it not having end game content is a sure fire way to make me edge on the "don't buy the game" side.
Are there any? Can you name some? Well, in my opinion, post contents are cool. But, ending the game without them is also okay. Ofc, I know what you're talking about. We want to see more, we question what happens after... the life after the main story ends.. Well, maybe, it's just me. I want devs to have the freedom on how they want to make their game, it's theirs not ours. So, I gotta respect what they got for us, what's in-store for us and be thankful then move on.
The Weapons HATE kotr
I'm learning so much in one board. Thanks for the tips. Can these bosses counter? What are their deadliest attacks and how to counter them? Aside from the basic attack which I think can already consider as a heavy blow, I'm most likely answering my question. Since they're super bosses, they'll most likely counter when you attack or nope?
And people can't understand why I'm always disappointed with RPGs that have no postgame content. Like come on people, this is the part of the game where you push yourself to the limit and beat the toughest challenge the devs have to offer.
This is why I love FF superbosses. Crushing each of them is a life goal

So yeah, immediately kill two of your allies if it happens then resurrect them again when ruby goes tentacle mode.
There is actually, a way to bypass this. You kill both your allies at the start of the fight so Ruby goes to tentacle mode instantly (yikes). You then resurrect your allies so it becomes a 3v3. Beware tho, if ruby retracts it's tentacles, It's gonna use its whirlpool to make the battle a 3v1.
Quadra Demi + W Command.
Surprised that other people are mentioning other strategies aside from the KOTR HP absorb Mime combo.
IMO emerald is easier. Emerald has higher hp but ruby has higher defense (more than double of emerald's) and the damn thing makes the battle 3v1 (ruby + 2 tentacles vs whoever remains in your party)

This is one of the reasons why 7 is so memorable. Great Rpg, Great Storyline, Great minigames, great puzzles, great combat system, great graphics (at the time), creative character system, world map, super OP AF bosses. And now they're remaking it. I hope this shines a little bit on the pressure square is experiencing right now.
wow they hav some real op bosses here!, that million hp is one thing but then there's other things to worry.. i wonder how can i handle these guys.. i'd definitely want to first learn the character ropes here.

Well, its a remake not a remaster. They said so in the interviews they had and explained why they did it that way and boy am I glad they did.
Is it because of the battle system? You can choose classic mode for turn-based version.
FF7 Remake feels like an all new game to me. In a positive way though.
Oh I remember the times. When I kept seeing that screen for two whole weeks until I finally beat the crap outta these shits. Yes I am mad at them and happy that i shit on them.
i mark them both as tough guys just now.. can't do anything about it. those stats, conditions, ailments.. i can picture the game over screen

You cant. Thats why you have to balance the amount of materia you equip. Cant just equip everything powerful or it'll delete you in one hit.
This is the easier weapon to beat of the two.
