Defeat the Sinister Mister at Thief's Hideout in Moonahan

To get the Water Sigil, you will need to defeat the Sinister Mister boss found in the Thief's Hideout. You can access this by going to Moonahan and using the Misplaced Key you obtained from the Den of Thieves on the locked gate below.

A blue stone engraved with intricate patterns. Enhances the effects of items used in battle.

The Water Sigil, once acquired, can increase the effectivity of your items. This can make them more potent, as well as increase their range of effect. Note that you do not need to equip sigils to activate their effects as only having them in your inventory is sufficient enough.

The Water Sigil, along with the Moon, Sun, Star, and Soul Sigils, are used to get the Eye of Rubiss. Once you have all five Sigils, you can go to the Rubiss Shrine to get the eye of Rubiss.
