Alvis Flyting Location
Alvis can be found in Fornburg, where you have to head to soon after rescuing your crew in the beginning of the game.

Alvis serves your tutorial for how to compete in Flyting challenges. Defeating him is fairly easy, and easily gets you to Charisma Level 2.
