How to Get Cao Cao's Equipment

Reach Oath Level 10

You can obtain Cao Cao's once you have reached Oath Level 10 with them. The Oath Level increases when you defeat enemies or use a Cup of Cordiality.

It will only take around 5 to 6 Cups of Cordiality to reach an Oath Level of 10 with a companion.

Equipment appears on the battlefield

Once you reach Oath Level 10 with Cao Cao, their equipment will appear as a drop on the battlefield.
