You can increase the number of uses with collectible items called Dragon Vein Crystals. There are 7 Dragon Vein Crystals in total in the game, scattered across various missions.

Increase Recovery Amount with Dragon Vein Essence

You can increase the recovery amount of your Dragon Cure Pot using collectible items called Dragon Vein Essences. There are 15 Dragon Vein Essences in total in the game, scattered across various missions.

All Dragon Vein Crystal Locations

1	Part 2: Two Chivalrous Heroes
	Found in a hut straight ahead from where the blacksmith is located.
2	Part 2: The Demon Fort of the Yellow Heaven
	In one of the buildings surrounding a large bonfire, close to the last Battle Flag in the mission.
3	Part 3: Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch
	At the right corner of the courtyard with the large pond, where you can set up your 7th Battle Flag.
4	Part 4: Centuries of Glory Burned Away
	Found in the area with the thunder dragon. Traverse the roofs till you find a ladder that brings you down to the Crystal.
5	Part 4: Tyrant’s Final Banquet
	From the 5th Battle Flag in the bamboo forest, head toward the corridor of the nearby building, move along the railing, past the enemies with axes. At the corner, jump over the fence and into the dirt with the bamboo.
6	Part 5: The Way of the Warrior
	Get the Crystal from a treasure chest directly ahead of the 4th Battle Flag in the castle at the top of the town with houses on stilts.
7	Part 6: Behold the Glaive of Righteousness
	On top of the coffin in the room with bright red vines all over, near the first boss.

All Dragon Vein Essence Locations

1	Part 2: The Valley of Crying Wraiths
	Go down the slope near the 6th Battle Flag, and you will find two tigers in the area, defending the first Essence.
2	Part 2: The Yellow Heaven Burns
	In the treasure chest behind the tiger and Battle Flag. From the flag, climb up two ledges, go around the corner, down two ledges and the treasure chest should be there.
3	Part 3: In Search of the Immortal Wizard
	From the Battle Flag that leads up some steps into a cave with roots and branches. The Essence is found up on some exposed roots.
4	Part 3: Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch
	Located at the bottom of the dungeon, in the purple water area, behind some bars in a prison cell. Open the prison doors to obtain the Essence.
5	Part 4: The Battle of Hulaoguan Pass
	In a treasure chest on top of a wooden structure. To get to the chest, you must first destroy a wooden barrier with the ballista.
6	Part 4: Darkness Over the Hanshui River
	From the 6th and final Battle Flag, turn around and double jump across the gap towards the wooden board and jump into the house.
7	Part 4: Tyrant’s Final Banquet
8	Part 4: Fate of the Entertainer
	Located on the bridge in the courtyard of the castle.
9	Part 5: War's Flames Blaze Fiercely
	Turn the handles near the 4th Battle Flag to drain the water. Then, head down to the sewer area, hit a right, then jump across the gap to get the Essence.
10	Part 5: Lu Bu, Mightiest Among Men
	After lowering the water, head to the Battle Flag in front of the large statue, head left, into the house, and immediately head right after exiting the house.
11	Part 6: Behold the Glaive of Righteousness
	After reaching the area where the fog thickens, hang a left and head up the ladder of the wooden structure with torches. The Essence should be visible from up there.
12	Part 6: Decisive Battle of Guandu
	Cross the battlefield and into the ruined city. Facing the castle, the Essence is in a chest at the far-right side of the area. You will need to progress through the area and traverse several roots till you find the chest in a house at the rightmost side, where there is also a large fire rat.
13	Part 6: The Assault on Wuchao
	The Essence can be obtained at the end of the red and black corridor in the room with the second Battle Flag.
