How to Unlock the Hidden Village

The Hidden Village of Mt. Tianzhushan is unlocked after completing the Part 2 main mission, The Demon Fort of the Yellow Heaven.

Access the Battle Flag

There is a Battle Flag at the village which you can use to do all the standard Battle Flag features, such as leveling up and arranging your equipment.

If you want to head to a battlefield or start a mission, you can do it using this flag.

Modify Equipment in the Blacksmith

The blacksmith, Zhu Xia, is available as soon as the Hidden Village is unlocked. You can visit her by going down the vine to the right of the Battle Flag.

The blacksmith allows you to upgrade, embed, decorate, or salvage your equipment. You can also buy and sell equipment from her.

Access Zuo Ci's Services

Alter Appearance Respec Stats Purchase Items with Accolades

Zuo Ci, the village elder, has a variety of services exclusive to him! He will not be available at the Hidden Village until you finish the Part 3 main mission, In Search of the Immortal Wizard.

Alter Appearance

You'll be able to change your appearance with the Character Creation feature with Zuo Ci. You can use this feature as much as you want with no fee at all!

Respec Stats

If you want to change up your build, you can respec your stats from Zuo Ci with the Reset Parameters feature. You can reallocate your stats as much as you want; even if you don't spend some points, you can choose not to! It will still be there the next time you access the feature.

Purchase Items with Accolades

Zuo Ci is the only NPC that you can use the Accolades on, which you can get by taking Vengeance through Burial Flags.

You can buy exclusive items such as Weapons, Consumables, Boxes of Armor, and Gestures from Zuo Ci.

Find the Shitieshou

Once you feed a panda-like demon Shitieshou when you encounter one, it will end up in the Hidden Village! These critters won't give any rewards or do anything noteworthy anymore, though, but they're still nice to look at.

Help Out Hermits

Give Golden Cicada Shells to Hermit Find a Woman's Missing Husband Find a Woman's Missing Keys Give Meat with Unusual Taste to a Woman

Give Golden Cicada Shells to Collector

A Hermit who is after immortality resides in the Hidden Village, and you'll be able to give him the Golden Cicada Shells you find. Once you reach certain amounts of shells given, he will give you certain rewards.

He is located at the top of a tall tower in the Hidden Village.

Find a Woman's Missing Husband

In the Hidden Village, there is a woman looking for her missing husband. She is located by going down the vine to the left of the Battle Flag.
Missing Husband Sidequest

Find a Taoist's House Keys

Another sidequest involves a Taoist woman who is looking for her missing keys called the Taoist's Keys to open her house. She is past the field beyond the woman looking for her husband.

Where to Find the Hermit Taoist's House Keys

Help Woman's Husband with Errands

If you go straight to the vine to the left of the woman looking for her husband, you'll find a woman tending to a store, and she is looking for some Detox Jerky to pair with alcohol.

Nearby is her husband who is sent out to fulfill this errand; he will be the person you will give the items to, so you'll have to find him throughout the world to progress this sidequest.

How to Get to the Hidden Village

After unlocking the Hidden Village, you will be able to get to it through the map, accessing in the Travel Menu from any Battle Flag.
