Once you reach Chapter 3, you'll be able to respec your stats at the base. Once in the base, you can speak to Zuo Ci then choosing Reset Parameters will allow you to respec your stats so feel free to explore builds in the game!

Find Zuo Ci in the Hidden Village

You'll first have to rescue Zuo Ci from the mountains by clearing Part 3's first main quest “In Search of the Immortal Wizard”. Once done, you can find Zuo Ci in the house near the battle flag.

Respeccing Stats is Free

To Respec your stats, you only need to accomplish the requirement of reaching chapter 3 and unlocking Zuo Ci, there are no other costs such as Genuine Qi or Copper to respec your character stats.
