Lu Bu and Red Hare Movesets
Normal Attacks
Arrow Shot

Lu Bu has two versions of arrow shot. The first is a spread shot that shoots multiple arrows in a line. The second is a 5-arrow shot with tracking abilities. Both of these attacks can be guarded.
At around 70% HP, Lu Bu may occasionally string two different arrow shots together.

Jump Attack
Lu Bu stabs his halberd into the ground before jumping into the air and then performing a damaging stomp.
Charge Attack
Lu Bu twirls his halberd above his head before charging at the player.
Lu Bu and Red Hare Strategy
Punish Critical Blows
Focus on deflecting Lu Bu's critical blows during his mounted phase.
Guard Arrow Shots
Lu Bu's arrow shots can be guarded as if they were normal attacks, so be ready to guard to keep him from whittling down your HP too much.
Reduce Spirit Gauge
Once you bring Lu Bu's Spirit Gauge down to its lower limits, he will dismount Red Hare and gain access to a new set of moves.

Similar to his mounted state, Lu Bu will still occassionally use arrow shots. Same as the mounted state, at around 70% HP, Lu Bu may string two of these attacks together.
Jump Slash
Lu Bu winds up this attack by holding his halberd behind him. He then jumps towards the player and performs a sweeping slash.
Critical Blows

Burning Smash
Lu Bu enchants his halberd with fire before jumping high into the air and smashing his halberd down on the player.
Flaming Charge
Lu Bu enchants his halberd with fire and then proceeds to charge at the player while creating a flaming trail behind him as he drags his weapon along the ground.
Lu Bu (First Encounter) Low HP Movesets
Normal Attacks
Jumping Slash → Whirlwind Slash
Lu Bu spins his halbered around him multiple times after a Jumping Slash.
Critical Blows

Lu Bu spins his flaming halberd around him once and then thrusts it towards the player.
Whirlind Slash → Burning Smash
Lu Bu will sometimes finish his Whirlind Slash with a Burning Smash
How to Beat Lu Bu (First Encounter) (General Tips)
Bring Water-based Sorceries
Lu Bu enchants his halberd with fire, so bring water spells to counter this. Hitting Lu Bu with a water spell while he is enchanted with fire will immediately cancel his effect.
Guard against arrow shots
Don't worry too much about deflecting arrow shots as they do very little to you. Instead, you can simply guard against these attacks.
Deflection timing is the same
Although Lu Bu has a tendency for stringing some of his critical blows into his other attacks, the deflection timing for these attacks remains as if he was using them normally.
