Weight Thresholds and How to Increase Weight Limit

Weight Limit Effects

Heavier Armor Has Higher Defenses

In general, armor with high defensive values will have a higher weight stat included in the armor. This can encumber yoru character and hit heavier weight limits which may slow down your character movements.

Agility is Based on Weight Proportion

To determine your agility, it will base the current weight proportion of your armor to your current equipment weight limit. The percentage will decide what your character's agility will be.

Agility Comparisons

A Agility Evasion

With an A Agility, you will be on the most light weight movement possible. Dodges will occur with a faster animation and a longer travel distance. To compensate, your defenses will be lowered by being forced to settle for low weight armor pieces.

D Agility Evasion

This is the evasion for D Agility characters. Aside from having a lower mobiltiy and a slower evasion, reaching D weight limit will prevent you from parrying enemy attacks so if you wish to increase your defenses, it is best to settle for C agility as the upmost limit.

How to Increase Weight Limit

Increase Earth Virtue

To increase your weight limit, you'll have to prioritize increasing your Earth Virtue. This will increase the weight limit of your character together with some bonus to spirit gain rate when deflecting attacks.
