Afterward, purify the Sacred Sword at the oldest Inari Shrine northeast of the Divine Tree. If you already obtained the Sacred Sword in a previous playthrough, you can get it as early as the second Jizo Statue.
How to Get Sacred Sword (Katana)

The True Ending of Silent Hill f, Ebisugaoka in Silence, represents Hinako’s final defiance against her predetermined fate. She reconciles with her other self, Fox Hinako, and discovers the divine curse that shaped her entire life.
Hinako is revealed to be a rare child with divine power, whose birth cursed the heir of the Fox clan to seek her as his wife. This divine manipulation explains the root of Silent Hill f’s tragedy and her forced marriage, hinted as early as the First Ending.
By defeating the Gods, Hinako finally frees herself from this curse. Returning to Ebisugaoka with Fox Hinako, she reflects on her newfound ability to choose her own path. Ebisugaoka in Silence is the Silent Hill f True Ending because it offers liberation, closure, and hope for the future.
