To obtain the Cuckoo omamori, first complete the Ominous Photo puzzle in the Shimizu Residence. Then, check the eastern hallway in between Hinako's old room and the Hokora to find a new passageway not marked on the map. Proceed through this passage to find the Cuckoo omamori in a room at the very end.
