How to Get the No One Left Behind Trophy

Defeat 8 Enemies Under the Blue Lamp

Blue Lantern
During the Worship Hall segment of the story, you can get the No One Left Behind trophy and achievement when you past through the eastern door of the Worship Hall, and defeat 8 enemies under the blue lamp.

You'll know these enemies are within the blue lamp's area-of-effect when they have a slight blue tinge around them, denoting that they won't reanimate when defeated. Do this eight times to get the trophy and achievement!

Lure Enemies Towards the Blue Light

Lure
While some enemies immediately spawn or placed under the blue lamp, there are enemies that you still have to lure for them to count towards the achievement. The enemies on the eastern part of Worship Hall include a variety of Kashimashi, Shackled Monsters, and Blade Legs monsters, so keeping their aggro intact is easy, since these are some of the enemies with a wide area of perception.

Defeat All the Enemies

Kill Under Lantern
The easiest way to get this trophy is to simply defeat all the enemies whenever you spot them, provided that you lure them first under a blue lamp. There's only one missable enemy trapped inside a room that opens only when the lever is switched from Red to Green, which you have to manually trigger, since the Red switch is solely intended for this monster.

After making sure the enemy has escaped the door, quickly switch the colors again from Red to Green, then lure the monster into the starting room and defeat it there for it to count towards the achievement.

Silent Hill f Proceed to the Worship Hall

You can get the No One Left Behind trophy as you pass through the eastern door of the Worship Hall, when trying to open the Sacred Door that leads to the chamber where you have to look for Shu's memories of Hinako.

Still Doable During New Game+

If you failed to get this achievement during your first playthrough, you can re-attempt doing so during your NG+ runs! Keep in mind that you'll be auto-equipped with Hinako's fox arm, so make sure that you do not defeat enemies when using its empowered state!
