The O Divine Tree trophy is unlocked immediately after discovering the thousand-year cedar tree located southwest of Ebisugaoka. This area can be accessed from the Ebisugaoka Mountain Path, available after the events in the Dark Shrine Worship Hall.

The journal entry for Sennensugi Shrine mentions that it once worshipped the thousand-year-old cedar tree as the Divine Tree until it turned to ash. This led to the abandonment of the shrine to worship the next oldest thing, the oldest Inari Shrine, in accordance with the Tsukumogami Faith.

The Tsukumogami Faith is practiced by worshipping old objects, believing they attain divinity with age. However, as followers started worshipping the Inari Shrine, this led to the fusion of the Tsukumogami Faith and the Inari Faith, creating a unique religion in Ebisugaoka.

The Divine Tree is implied to be the Tsukumogami themselves, as it is the object of worship of the Tsukumogami Faith.

From Sakuko's journal entry, it was hinted that a supernatural disturbance is present in Ebisugaoka, likely referring to the Sennensugi Shrine switching objects of worship from the Divine Tree to the Inari Shrine.

In the true ending, both Tsukumogami and the Kyubi appear, with the former expressing spite. Their rage likely stems from the Shrine changing their object of worship, causing the Tsukumogami to lose all their followers.
