The first ending unveils Hinako's identity as the Shiromuku. It reveals Hinako's substance abuse, hints at her criminal acts under its influence, and implies that it was due to her parents marrying her off to Fox Mask.
During your first run, the only ending you can unlock is the Normal Ending, regardless of your actions throughout the playthrough. With this, you can even use the Red Capsules without worrying about the consequences. After finishing the game once, hints for the other endings will be unlocked in the main menu.

The Fox's Wedding ending is where Hinako accepts her fate as the wife of Fox Mask in accordance with her parents' wishes. She has cut off her old self, who was resisting her circumstances, and embraced her new life, even if it meant losing Shu and her friends.
The second ending is unlocked during a New Game Plus playthrough. In this route, Hinako abandons her former self and fully submits to her parents’ expectations, embracing the role of the ideal wife.

The Fox Wets Its Tail ending shows Hinako standing up to Fox Mask, rejecting her fate, her parents' wishes, and Fox Mask himself. She finds the courage to assert her wish to live a life of her own, breaking free from the marriage, implied to have been arranged by her parents in the first ending.
The third ending, titled The Fox Wets Its Tail, is only available in Silent Hill f during a New Game Plus playthrough. This ending represents the opposite of the second ending, with Hinako defying her parents’ wishes and choosing her own path.

Ebisugaoka in Silence ending is where Hinako learns of her divine fate and how it affects her relationship with Fox Mask. In this ending, Hinako reconciles with Fox Hinako and gains the freedom to choose her own future.
The fourth ending in Silent Hill f is the most challenging to unlock, requiring players to complete two full endings beforehand. This makes it only available on your third playthrough. Despite the difficulty, the fourth ending rewards you with a more tranquil and hopeful conclusion, making the effort worthwhile.

The Great Space Invasion! Ending is one of Silent Hill’s long-running joke endings, built around a recurring theme of UFOs. Here, Hinako and her friends exchange lighthearted banter about aliens in Ebisugaoka, leading them to reveal embarrassing secrets about one another.
The scene closes with Hinako being picked up by her parents, offering players a playful and humorous conclusion that contrasts the game’s darker themes.
While the The Great Space Invasion! ending is considered Silent Hill f's fifth ending, you can actually get it as early as your first NG+ run. Since the UFO is considered a joke ending, it does not really have any importance to the game's actual story!
The Great Space Invasion! Ending
Silent Hill f features 5 endings in total, each offering a different conclusion depending on your choices and actions throughout a playthrough. Keep in mind that you’ll need to complete one playthrough and unlock the game’s preset normal ending before the other four become available in New Game Plus.
New Game Plus Guide: All Unlockables

Complete the game for the first time to unlock the first ending. This ending is fixed on the first playthrough, and further endings can only be unlocked in New Game Plus.
All Chapter Guides and Walkthrough
The Good, Bad, and UFO Endings can all be unlocked on the second playthrough. This involves creating two specific save files: one before viewing the UFO Ending, and another before collecting the Agura no Hotei-sama.
Note that Red Capsules must not be consumed throughout the run to unlock all the endings.

Reload an NG+2 save file to start unlocking the true ending. Acquire the purified Sacred Sword and offer the Brooch to the Jizo Statue southwest of Shimizu Residence in Ebisugaoka to meet the requirements, then complete the game to unlock Ebisugaoka in Silence.

The ending guide for Endings 2 and 3 can be optimized further. You don't need to save in step 9, "Save before collecting the Agura no Hotei-sama." Instead, you can save right after you obtain the sword in Step 10. From there, you can branch into Ending 2 and 3 by either purifying the sword or not purifying it. Holding the 'Agura no Hotei' doesn't affect Ending 3 and you save a little time by skipping the lava boss.
