How to Get the Good Intentions Trophy

Collect All 3 Clinical Trial Documents

The Good Intentions trophy and achievement can be unlocked by collecting all three pages of the Clinical Trial document in the Ebisugaoka Mountain Path.

Note that the second page is only obtainable in NG+, and the third and final page will only appear in NG+2.

The first page of the Clinical Trial document is found east of Shu's house in the Mountain Path. The page is found on top of a box by the fence next to multiple sacks.

The second page of the Clinical Trial document is found northeast of the Mountain Path, south of the oldest Inari Shrine. The page is found next to a miniature torii gate near the Jizo Statue for Dad's Old Kitchen Knife.
