To open Sakuko's Mailbox, acquire Sakuko's Key in Ebisugaoka Fields. It is located by the stone sculptures near the shrine next to the Letter from Sakuko's Mother, north of the farm.

After acquiring Sakuko's Key, return to Ebisugaoka to find Sakuko's Mailbox. Her house is marked on the map next to a drawing of Sakuko in twintails.

The mailbox is next to the front door. Use Sakuko's Key to open the mailbox and receive the Omamori Spider.

Omamori Spider

Opening Sakuko's Mailbox rewards the Omamori Spider. This Omamori greatly decreases consumption of weapon durability during Light Attacks when equipped.
