While most of the Omamoris in Silent Hill f can be obtained from the Hokora Shrine, some Omamoris are placed in hidden areas or obtained by solving certain puzzles.
All Hidden Omamori and Locations

Emas are collectibles that are used to upgrade Pray Abilities such as Health, Stamina, and Omamori Slots. Note that upgrading Pray Abilities also requires Faith in addition to Ema!

Inventory upgrades increase the maximum number of items that Hinako can hold. These are often found in optional paths and puzzles, requiring exploration to find all the upgrades.
All Inventory Size Upgrade Locations

Hokora Shrines are located throughout Ebisugaoka and the Dark Shrine. Interacting with these shrines allow players to save game progress, offer items, pray for character upgrades, and change costumes.

Inari-sama Doors and Boxes can be found throughout in both Ebisugaoka and the Dark Shrine and are only unlocked during a New Game+ run once you have the Brooch.
All Inari-sama Door and Box Locations

Key Items help you progress through a chapter. You need them to solve puzzles or complete objectives. These items unlock new areas and provide important information.

Documents are collectibles that can be found throughout the game, providing lore and additional information to the story.

Weapons are equipment used to combat enemies, and these are found throughout the map. It’s important to pick up weapons and choose the best weapon that suits your playstyle.

Points of Interest are areas that contains items players can interact with such as the Jizo Statues to unlock the Sacred Sword, and Movie Posters to unlock the special UFO Ending.
Interacting with these unlocks unique items and cutscenes, or even affects the game's ending.
