The Kyubi is a boss in Silent Hill f, fought during the events of Chapter 13 at the Dark Shrine Final Path. See how to beat Kyubi, as well as its attacks and more details about it in this guide!
The boss fight against the Kyubi is actually a six-phased boss fight, with your controlled character swapping between Fox Hinako fighting the Kyubi, and Hinako fighting the Tsukumogami. Each boss has 3 phases, and you will switch control after each phase.
Note that the Tsukumogami in this fight shares the same moveset as its counterpart in the Fox's Wedding ending. However, this one does not get immobilized randomly when fighting.
The Kyubi can summon enemies to fight alongside it in battle. It is recommended to deal with these summons first, as they can swarm you if you focus on the boss instead.
Similarly to the Shichibi, the Kyubi can also create puddles of light that burst into tendrils after a delay. Avoid standing over these bright spots on the ground to dodge these attacks.
The Tsukumogami can teleport, and will sometimes do so to put a lot of space between itself and Hinako. Catch up to it as soon as possible, as it has a variety of ranged attacks that it can pummel you with from afar.
The Tsukumogami is also difficult to stagger, and is likely to keep attacking you as you land hits on it. Save some Stamina to react accordingly, either via dodging or countering attacks.
The Kyubi attacks with a swipe of its claw. Can be used in succession, or in a combo with the Tail Strike.
The Kyubi slams its tails into Hinako to hurt her. This attack can be used on its own, or in a combo with the Claw Swipe.
The Kyubi attempts to bite Hinako. Can be used in conjunction with the Claw Swipe.
The Kyubi slashes at Hinako with its claws before retreating with a backwards leap.
The Kyubi creates pools of light on the ground that burst into bloody tendrils after a short delay.
The Kyubi roars loudly before charging at Hinako to pin her for an attack.
The Kyubi calls forth shadowy enemies to fight against Hinako. It will then jump at her to strike afterwards.
The Kyubi jumps in a direction, slamming its tails into Hinako as it moves.

The Kyubi is the final boss for the Ebisugaoka in Silence ending, alongside the Tsukumogami.
Getting this ending requires at least two other endings, not using Red Capsules, as well as obtaining the Sacred Sword and offering the brooch to the Jizo Statue at the Ebisugaoka Mountain Path.
