Field Team Leader	EN: Matthew Mercer JP: Hiroki Saito - Fire Emblem: Awakening/ Chrom - Resident Evil: Damnation/Leon S. Kennedy - Overwatch/McCree He is in charge of assisting every new hunter on their first hunt in the new world.

The Tracker	EN: Cindy Robinson JP: Chie Tamura -Paprika(Dub)/ Dr. Atsuko Chiba / Paprika - Mass Effect 2/Detective Anaya / Diana / Jentha - A Whisker Away(Dub)/Yatagai A self-sustaining hunter who is obsessed with studying the connection between the Coral Highlands and the Rotten Vale.
The Canteen Chef	EN: N/A JP: N/A N/A This specific Felyne used to be the Admiral's Palico.
The Seeker	EN: Kieth Silverstein JP: Yoshiaki Kawabata - Genshin Impact / Zhongli - Japan Sinks: 2020(Dub)/Koichiro - Doom Eternal/Hell Priest / UAC Guard / Sentinel Priest The only Wyverian Hunter in the Research Commission, he went solo due to the peaking of flow of tremendous energies that lasted for forty years.

The Third Fleet Master	EN: Salli Saffioti JP: Hiroko Kiso -Watchmen (movie)/ Annie Leibovitz - Resident Evil 4/Ingrid Hunnigan - Resident Evil: Damnation/Ingrid Hunnigan Initially stranded after her airship was heavily damaged, you help her repair it. She then continues researching the connection between the Coral Highlands and the Rotten Vale alongside the Tracker.

Research Commission 4th Fleet Members

The Fourth Fleet Master/Provisions Manager	EN: Karen Strassman JP: Eriko Hirata -Resident Evil 2 (Remake)/ Annette Birkin - World of Warcraft: Shadowlands/Chromie - Resident Evil: Resistance /Annette Birkin She is in charge of the distribution of goods in the Resource Center. She also hands out Delivery Quests in exchange of items.

There are other unnamed NPC's of the 4th Fleet. Their group is mostly in charge of the different wares found scattered about the research base.

Research Commission 5th Fleet Members

Large Group of Hunters

The Fifth Fleet's ensemble is the largest by far. This group is mainly made up of hunters, seasoned and new, who came to the new world in line with the migration of Zorah Magdaros. Players will be boots on the ground, entering the new world alongside this fleet.
