Defeat 3 Monster Variants

In order to clear Monster Variants Pt. 1, you'll have to defeat three unique monster variants. These are kind of like “shiny” versions of enemies, in that they will have different colors, as well as increased HP / attack, and different battle patterns.

Crosshair Mark

Enemies that have a crosshair shown next to their name are variants. You can check these both in battle, and via enemy intel reports.

Easy to find in Odd Jobs

Several of these enemies will appear in Odd Jobs. The fastest way to complete Monster Variants Pt. 1 would be to clear all of the Chapter 3 and Chapter 8 Odd Jobs.
