When you first meet Aerith in Chapter 2, she'll offer you a flower, and you're prompted with a choice of How much? or I'm good. Keep reading to see if this choice has an impact on the story.
Chapter 2: Fateful Encounters Story Guide & Walkthrough
The short answer is no. As the only way to increase Aerith's affection is clearing side quests in Chapter 8 or speaking to her first in Chapter 10, this dialogue exists simply for flavor and has no bearing on the resolution scene in Chapter 14.
Regardless of what choices you choose, Cloud will end up getting the flower from Aerith. When in your inventory, this item has no effect except for showing up on Cloud's outfit. Upon returning to 7th Heaven, he will give the flower to Tifa.
