What Flowers Should You Choose? | Leaf House Delivery Quest
This is a guide to the Chapter 8 Quest: Leaf House Delivery in Final Fantasy 7 Remake (FF7R). Read on to know all the possible decoration outcomes after you deliver the flowers to the Leaf House and how to get each of them!

Leaf House Delivery Quest
After you reach the Leaf House in Chapter 8, Aerith will be asked to gather flowers that will be used to decorate the Leaf House. You will begin collecting the flowers asked once you reach Aerith's House and the flowers you picked will affect the arrangement of the flower decoration in the Leaf House!

What Flowers Should You Pick?
You will see the result of your choice of flowers after you rescue the two kids on the Undeveloped Land as you progress through the story quests in Chapter 8.
Chocobo Decoration
The result will be a Chocobo Decoration if you picked 3 yellow flowers. They are also of the same kind of flower that Aerith gave you during Chapter 2, which she will remind you of the first time you pick them.
Moogle Decoration
The result will be a Moogle Decoration if you picked 3 white flowers.
Cactuar Decoration
The result will be a Cactuar Decoration if you picked 3 foxtails.
Flower Decoration Effects
The resulting arrangement of the flowers you pick will not affect the story or the Chapter 14 resolutions whatsoever. These choices will only affect the decoration that will be placed outside the Leaf House.
However, you will earn the Say It with Flowers trophy for decorating the Leaf House with floral arrangement. For the complete list of obtainable trophies in the game, check out the link below!

I have tried all 27 combinations of the floral arrangements having in my mind that MAYBE the order you picked them made any difference (turns out id did not, so I just had to try 10 combinations). My results showed me that, any combination that has at leas one yellow flower, ends up with the chocobo pattern, any combination that has at least one white flower and no yellow flower, results in moogle pattern, and the only way to get a cactuar pattern is to pick only foxtails. I only played on easy.
