He means you can jump to chapter 17 right away after normal/easy mode credits, get this item and then beat all the 1-16 chapters easier
that's just wrong though????? You can get this item before you even start a hard mode playthrough. This item makes hard mode a breeze.
You won't get this tem until its all too late/not needed. I expect it'll carry over to FF7R-2 otherwise its absolutely pointless except to speed run the game again
Feels like obtaining this will really tip the balance of the game in the later parts.
First strike plus this allows you tu burst any opponent with ease. Ending the battle during thrfirst seconds of the fight is so easy with this accessory.
