・Clear Three-Person Team vs. Top Secrets (Hard Mode)

Is that mean there are 3 Götterdämmerungs can be obtained in the whole INTERGRADE?

He means you can jump to chapter 17 right away after normal/easy mode credits, get this item and then beat all the 1-16 chapters easier
