Reach Oath Level 10 with Liu Bei

You can get the Pair Swords of Aspiration by raising your Oath Level to 10 with Liu Bei and reach the Sworn Brother status. Your companion will then give you the weapon.


You can raise your Oath Level faster by giving Liu Bei the Cup of Cordiality or by defeating enemies together during missions.
