yeah. if this is possible everyone would get better gears fast. But you can't idiot. It will destroy the balance of the game.
I wish there's a shortcut to get to his location fast. I also think he has the highest unique gear drop rate.
But it's hard just to get to him. Also, the area is long and it's like a maze. If the unique gear is 100% guaranteed to drop on him, then it's worth rerunning this level.
I think Heart of Ender has the highest drop rate for unique gears. I beat him twice and got a unique bow and armor.

Are you perhaps the one posting the strategies for them here? Like the one with the cauldron and the heart of ender? Those were surefire strategies against them.
You can also fall out of the area. you will respawn outside the arena so you can wait for your potion to recover. Heart of Ender and the Arch-Illager doesn't recover any health so you can say it's a good strategy.
