Eclipse is the strongest guild in World 11 in terms of BP, made from a merger of four guilds. It holds most of the spots in World 11's Guild Battle map and promises growth and assistance to players who are active in Guild War and Grand Battle.

Its current Guild Master, NULLcode, and several high-ranking members spoke to Game8 about their tips for what new players should be buying for themselves in the game, as well as what banners they should pull from.

Buy Achievement and Progression Packs, Pull From the Invocation of Chance

Achievement Packs - MementoMori

One of the guild's recommendations to new players is that they should buy the game's Achievement Packs and Progression Packs. Achievement Packs give Diamonds as the player clears more and more of the Main Quest, while Progression Packs (or "Ultra Sale Packs") are offered to the player once they complete certain Main Quest milestones.

"It's the best bang for your buck," said Einaol, one of the guild's Chiefs. "Don't be tempted by regular packs or Diamond packs. And also to get LR on every character if you are planning to spend a lot in the long run."

When it came to getting copies of characters in-game, Eclipse GM NULLcode said players should pull from the Invocation of Chance. "Once IOC is unlocked, of course," they said. "But that said, I would probably rush the campaign as much as possible to unlock IOC."

As for other banners, the Eclipse GM recommends players use the free tickets they get for a chance to have more copies of the characters they need, especially non-limited SR characters. "Many of them are just as good, if not better, than most of the limited characters."

Join a Guild, the Unofficial Discord, and Temple Rooms

Joining a Guild - MementoMori

Another tip Eclipse has for new players is to do two things as quickly as possible: Joining a guild, and joining MementoMori's Unofficial Discord.

"There is a lot of good information there for beginners," said pokku, one of Eclipse's commanders, regarding the Unofficial Discord. "If their (the player) guild has a Discord, I would recommend joining it as well."

To be more specific, a beginner player should join guilds that have already unlocked Guild Raids versus Luke. Rewards from these raids include Diamonds, Gear, as well as Gold, and Holy Fragments.

Beginners should also try out the Temple of Illusion trials. "Don't hesitate to join Temple rooms even if you're weak," said Kurin, a Veteran of Eclipse. "You don't lose attempts and there's no punishment for failing."

The Temple of Illusion gives out different rewards depending on what rooms you choose to fight in, such as Kindling Orbs, Rune Tickets, and Upgrade Water.

Eclipse's Lament Tier List

Eclipse

When asked whether or not their guild had a tier list, Eclipse presented one that ranks not the game's witches, but their Laments. At the top are Laments such as "Étoile," for Amour, "Liatris" for Summer Cordie, as well as "Doki Doggy Night."

From UR tier to SR tier, there are hits such as "Blue Rose" for regular Cordie, "Everglow" for Illya's R rarity version, and "Flashbacks" for Tainted Iris. At the bottom lie laments that did not make the cut as much, such as "The Clock Strikes 12" for Mimi and "II THE SOUL" for Armstrong.

Eclipse: From Many Guilds, One

Eclipse, along with its sister guilds Lunaris and Solaris, welcomes any and all players, especially those who are interested in Guild Wars and Grand Battle.

"Our entire superguild, Eclipse, was created specifically for Grand Battle, and our world focuses mostly on that aspect of the game," said Einaol. "If anyone is interested in either GW or GB, W11 is the place to be!"

Specifically, casual players who still want to get a taste of those modes from time to time can join Solaris, while those who want a good mix of action and growth can join Lunaris, while Eclipse is for those who are deemed "hardcore."

"I would say that we are currently the one to beat in Group 2 NA, and we hope to continue to grow and challenge stronger guilds in GB," Einaol added.
