This is a walkthrough for Side Quest (Odd Job) 10: A Verified Hero in Final Fantasy 7 Remake (FF7R). This guide will show how to complete this side quest and unlock the Whack-A-Box minigame, as well as the quest's starting location and rewards.

A Verified Hero Walkthrough

Objective
1 Speak to Sarah in the Children's Secret Hideout to learn about Whack-A-Box
2 Play a game and score at least 10,000 points to receive rewards and clear the quest.

A Verified Hero Tips & Tricks

  • Using Cloud's Iron Blade with its Triple Strike ability is recommended for taking out a lot of boxes at once. Switch to Punisher mode to do more damage with regular attacks as well, but be careful you don't end up swinging your sword in the wrong direction.
  • Doing this quest and mini-game can earn you a trophy for earning all the rewards. Check out the video below!
