Melt It to Get the Fletching Key

Silent Hill f - How to use Block of Wax

In Chapter 10 - Shimizu Residence, the Block of Wax contains the Fletching Key, which is needed to get the Black Bird and Sword Plate. Head to the kitchen in Shimizu Residence I and melt the Block of Wax using the stoveand the Propane Tube. This should give you the Fletching Key.

In Shimizu Residence III, go northeast until you find Hinako's childhood room. Go to the bookshelf at the rightmost corner of the room and grab the diary in the area with blood splatters. The Block of Wax should be inside.
