How to Use Fletching Key

Unlocks the Black Bird & Sword Plate

The Fletching Key unlocks a specific room in Shimizu Residence III during Chapter 10. This room is located on the western side of the area, and is marked by a flying bird on its wooden door. Go inside, and once the cutscene is over, you can get the Black Bird and Sword Crest.

Get the Propane Tube

Silent Hill f Propane Tube Location

In Chapter 10, loop around the hallway from Shimizu Residence III's entrance, all the way to the western side of the map. You'll find a kitchen at the end of the hall, and the Propane Tube should be resting on the wooden table.

Get the Block of Wax

Block of Wax Location

Head to Hinako's childhood room, which should be the northeastern part of Shimizu Residence III. Go to the bookshelf at the rightmost corner of the room and grab the diary in the area with blood splatters. The Block of Wax should be inside.

Melt the Block of Wax

Stove Location

Return to the kitchen in Shimizu Residence I, the same area where you got the Propane Tube. Use the tube to connect the gas tank and the stove. This should be enough to melt the Block of Wax and reveal the Fletching Key.

As mentioned earlier, the Fletching Key is crucial in getting the third crest for the area.
