Silent Hill f - How to use Propane Tube

In Shimizu Residence III, you need to melt the Block of Wax using a stove and the Propane Tube to obtain the Fletching Key.

All three items will help you get the Black Bird and Sword Plate, which you need to progress Chapter 10.

Head to the Shimizu Residence III Kitchen

In Chapter 10, loop around the hallway from Shimizu Residence III's entrance, until you reach the western side of the map. You'll find a kitchen at the end of the hall, and the Propane Tube should be resting on the wooden table.
