Go back to the Ebisugaoka Middle School's first floor during Chapter 6 and use the Locker Room Key to unlock the Locker Room. There should be two locker rooms; the one that this key unlocks is the one at the far right.

Head to one of the classrooms in the northwest of Ebisugaoka Middle School, specifically the second floor, and look for Locker Room Key in one of the student desks. This comes with Asakura's Textbook as well while progressing Chapter 6.
