The Black Sparrow Crest is one of the three crests you need to solve the Mural Puzzle in the Dark Shrine Treasure Hall in Chapter 11.

There are journal entries around the area that would give clues on where to place the crests in the murals. Read them carefully to solve the puzzle.

How to Get Black Sparrow Crest

Enter the Room on the Left

Enter the Room on the Left

Once you're in the Dark Shrine Treasure Hall in Chapter 11, head to the left door, where you'll find a room filled with four fox statues. Then, go to the left door once again, where you'll find a long hallway with an altar at the end.

Unfortunately, the Dark Shrine Treasure Hall in Chapter 11 does not have a map to help you navigate. You must rely on markers to find the Black Sparrow Crest.

The crest is inside the chest that's resting on the altar. Unfortunately, there'll be enemies, such as the Oi-Omoi, blocking your way. Defeat them first before opening the chest.
