Open Sakuko's Mailbox

To get the Spider omamori, you will need to have collected Sakuko's Key from the Ebisugaoka Fields chapter. Then, during the Ebisugaoka Corrupted chapter, head to Sakuko's house, marked by a drawing of her and her pigtails on the map. Use the key on the mailbox next to the front door.
