Offer to the Last Jizo Statue

Silent Hill f - How to use Dad

You must offer the Dad's Old Kitchen Knife to the last Jizo Statue once you can access the area around Shu's house in your New Game Plus. The last Jizo Statue is just northeast of Shu's house.

Look for a nearby house with a set of stairs beside it. Climb the stairs, and at the top, you'll find the statue along with the Clinical Trial document.

Dad's Old Kitchen Knife is stuck in an old tree that's east of the fifth Jizo Statue. The knife should be near an old house, an old water pump, and a bunch of old building supplies.

Note that you can only access this during Chapter 10 of your New Game Plus after waking up in front of Shu's House.
