You can get a Summer Twilight Ticket just by logging in during the Summer Twilight Fest! You can get one every day, along with some Lucky Vouchers, so try to log in daily if you want to farm them.
Summer Twilight Fest
You can also get Summer Twilight Tickets through completing Limited Bounties. These change every day during a Fest, so keep an eye out for them!
You can forge the Diver armor set at the Smithy using your Summer Twilight Tickets. You can also get the layered version if you just want the look without affecting your build.
You can also get cool Shadow Shades as layered head armor!
