How to Sprint Infinitely

Turn On Stamina Bar

The trick actually refills the Stamina Bar completely, giving you another bar to use for sprinting.

To do this, simply release the ◯ button right before Noctis's stamina runs out. Doing this correctly will trigger an animation that looks like a green phase.

Getting the Hang of It

Once you get the hang of it, you can turn off the Stamina Bar and just wait until Noctis raises his head, indicating that his stamina is about to run out.
