How to Farm AP

This is a guide on how to farm AP efficiently in Final Fantasy XV. Read on to know the different ways to gain AP and more!

Most Efficient Way to Farm AP

Obtain the Shield of the Just

This is one of the items that you will need to efficiently farm AP and is located in the Tomb of the Just in Thomells Glade. Its AoE damage will be a big help in taking out groups of weak enemies during this farming method.

Tomb of the Just

Obtain the Beast Whistle

The Beast Whistle is the other item that you will be needing which can be obtained in Chapter 4.

Defeating Sabertusks

Go to one of the starting areas where there is at least 1 warp point so you can easily recover HP and MP like the desert area in front of Hammerhead.

While in this area, use the beast whistle (press R2 > Whistles > Summon enemies) to summon Sabertusks.

Summon enemies

Once they are targetable, perform warp-strikes to defeat them using the Shield of the Just. Each warp-strike kill will net you 1 AP.

You can get multiple AP using Shield of the Just as it deals AoE damage and might defeat more than one Sabertusk, giving you additional AP.

Additional AP

Repeat this process to gain a lot of AP easily and efficiently!
