Where to Find Horsa can be seen roaming the roads north of Buckingham in the region of Oxenefordscire on foot.

How to Beat Horsa?

AC Valhalla Bullet Point Horsa wields a battleaxe that he uses to attack you with. He is particularly slow, making him vulnerable whenever you execute perfect parries or dodges. This process is all the more prevalent if you have the Brush With Death skill.
AC Valhalla Bullet Point Horsa will start out on foot. You can get the upper hand in the beginning by shooting at him from afar with your bows.
AC Valhalla Bullet Point Be wary of where you fight him, as he ventures into an area where there are many enemy patrols.

Shoot at His Weak Spots

Assassin

As he simply walks around where you can find him, you can begin the fight by shooting at his weak spots with you bow. Hitting them is crucial, as you can finish the fight faster this way with a critical strike.

Parry and Dodge

Assassin

Horsa is slow, telegraphing his attacks moments away from when he actually executes a hit. Simply weave your way through his hits or parry them before striking back. Be wary of his unblockable counter-attack however, as you'll have to dodge these.

Avoid Bombs

Assassin

Towards the end of your fight when he's low on health, he'll begin to throw Mines and Smoke Bombs at you. You'll have to watch out for the Mines, as he throws them towards where you are moving and can be tricky to avoid.

The general rule when he successfully deploys a Smoke Bomb on you is that you'll need to keep a lock on him, making it easier for you to move away from him when your vision is impaired.
