1 | Confront Cynon |
Return to Glowecestre and look for Cynon inside the longhouse. Note: Glowecestre is still a distrust zone after the events that transpired during the Clues and Riddles quest. Be mindful of guards while inside the town. |
2 | Talk to Brigid |
Speak to Brigid to trigger a cutscene. Dialogue options during the cutscene are inconsequential to the story. |
3 | Find Cynon |
Cynon is located inside St. Kenhelm's Church. There are three ways you can get inside and confront Cynon. Click here to find out how to get inside St. Kenhelm's Church! The first set of dialogue options during your cutscene with Cynon is inconsequential to the story. Choose to either kill or spare Cynon during the second set of dialogue options. Click here to know the consequences of your choice! The quest finishes once you have chosen Cynon's fate. |
Look for a badger beside a small box. Speak to her and bring the box to Geva who is located at the graveyard of St. Kenhelm's Church. Guards will not attack you on sight while carrying the box.
Geva will open the door into St. Kenhelm's Church once you approach her with the box.
Head straight for the graveyard of St. Kenhelm's Church and steal Geva's key. You can use this key to unlock the door into St. Kenhelm's Church.
Talk to Geva first if she moves around too much.
Start by climbing the scaffolding located north of St. Kenhelm's Church.
Break the window open by shooting it with an arrow.
Jump down and break the door to trigger the cutscene. |
WARNING: This section contains spoilers. Read on if you do NOT mind spoilers. |
This is a minor decision that will only affect certain dialogue and cutscenes of the story arc: A Tale of Wicker-Fire going forward.
Killing Cynon results in the ceremonial Wicker Man during The Burning of the Wicker Man quest to burn with an empty cage at its center. The festival itself will proceed without his presence.
Sparing Cynon results in his planned death inside the ceremonial Wicker Man during The Burning of the Wicker Man quest.
It is important to note that Tewdwr will still be the next ealdorman of Glowecestrescire regardless of which decision you go for.
