How to get:

Head to Aelfwood in the southeast part of Glowecestrescire. You can find the Book of Knowledge in a hidden room underground. The 2nd to the left stairs icon on the map is the way to the underground. Once inside, look left and pass through the black banner and get the Book of Knowledge.

How to get:

Go to Leah Villa Garrison in the eastern part of Oxenefordscire. You can find the Book of Knowledge in the locked room on the east side of the main building. Get the key inside the main building and use it to unlock the room. Take the Book of Knowledge once inside to obtain the ability.

Aelfwood is in the south west of that region.
